Ann Broussard – Green Sky
Vice President, Senior Counsel - Legal and Compliance

Keasha Ann Broussard is Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel – Litigation & Special Investigations at GreenSky, LLC, a leading U.S.-based financial technology company enabling frictionless promotional financing at the point of sale for an ecosystem of merchants and consumers.  In that role, she is responsible for managing individual consumer and class action litigation and pre-litigation matters, including consumer protection litigation and general commercial disputes.  She is responsible for governmental investigations, regulatory inquiries/other requests, overseeing subpoena compliance, and also supports various business functions within the company. Prior to joining GreenSky in 2015, Ms. Broussard was an attorney at King & Spalding LLP where she was a member of the Business Litigation practice group representing financial services clients.  Ms. Broussard received a B.S. cum laude from Xavier University of Louisiana and a J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law. 

Roderick Brown – Lexis Nexis
Senior Counsel and Director

Mr. Roderick F. Brown formerly served as LexisNexis Legal & Professional (LNLP) Interim Head of UK Legal, and he is currently LNLP North America Senior Counsel and Director. He is a member of the Lexis Nexis African Ancestry Network (AAN) and is one of the founding members of the LexisNexis AAN and Rule of Law Foundation Fellowship Committee.  Within previous organizations, he has served as Senior Corporate Counsel at HCL America, Inc., and Senior Counsel at Murphy, Wesley, and Harlan (formerly Gonzalez, Saggio, and Harlan), where his focus areas were, and still remain, counseling leadership, supporting and negotiating customer-side and supplier-side complex commercial transactions, intellectual property, new product development, alliance, reseller, and channel partnering arrangements, software and data licensing, artificial intelligence and machine learning, cloud computing, Anything as a Service, litigation and litigation forensics, and mergers and acquisitions.  He also served as Vice President of Business Development and General Counsel for FDR Inc., a boutique government contracting organization that focused on technical and specialized military training. 

Donise Brown – Starbucks 
Managing Director, Corporate Counsel - Global Supply Chain & Commercial

Leads teams of commercial attorneys and paralegals supporting Global Supply Chain and various business units responsible for sourcing. Serves as a member of Law & Corporate Affairs and Global Supply Chain leadership teams. Serves as lead attorney adviser to senior leaders for the business units my team supports.  Accomplished attorney and proven leader with demonstrated excellence in a variety of legal areas, including more than 30 years as a highly successful corporate practitioner. Broad range of experience in all aspects of general corporate and commercial law including, real estate and land use, diversity, divestitures, contracts, legislative, regulatory, and litigation. Recognized by senior leadership, peers and subordinates for ability to manage the dynamics in rapidly changing and growth environments. Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, managerial and leadership skills, together with extraordinary judgement and ability to deliver positive results.

Seletha Butler – Truist
Senior Associate General Counsel

Seletha Butler is Senior Associate General Counsel (with reports) at Truist Bank where she heads the Strategic Contracting Legal Team. Prior to such role, she supported the wholesale unit on strategic commercial matters. Seletha founded and was an advisor at srButlerCo, Inc. through which she consulted with organizations on governance matters, including business ethics and diversity. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of St. Joseph’s Health System which is the governance arm of Mercy Care (Atlanta) which is Atlanta’s only healthcare center for the homeless population. She also serves on the non-profit Board of Georgia Heirs Property Law Center, Inc. and On the Rise Community Development Inc.

Prior to returning to corporate America, Ms. Butler was a Georgia Tech professor where she taught courses involving the intersection of business, law, ethics, and policy, including developing a Corporate Governance course for undergraduate students for which she received the Scheller Professor of the Year Award—Elective Business Courses (2013) on her first semester teaching the course. Ms. Butler’s research addressed corporate governance and related business ethics issues. Such research includes the structure, obligations, and activities of boards of directors, including (i) the ethical aspects of legislation and regulation around board diversity and regulatory disclosure and (ii) business decision-making with her developed ethic of care and justice framework. Ms. Butler frequently engaged undergraduate and graduate students to assist on research projects, and she sometimes worked with industry experts on her research projects.

Ms. Butler is the founder of the Judge Willie J. Lovett, Jr. Scholarship Program, named in honor of her late husband who was a Presiding Judge of the Fulton County Juvenile Court.

Ms. Butler has a J.D., Harvard Law School, M.B.A. (global focus), Georgia Institute of Technology graduating with a 4.0/4.0, and B.S. (summa cum laude), Corporate Finance, The University of Alabama where she ranked 3rd in class of 236.

Chandra Davis – WestRock
Associate General Counsel – Employment

Chandra C. Davis is Associate General Counsel for Employment at WestRock. WestRock is a paper and packaging leader providing sustainable paper solutions. Chandra was a co-founding partner of the Employment Law Solution: McFadden Davis, LLC (ELS). She has been practicing employment law for over 20 years. Chandra has handled mediations, arbitrations, injunctions, trials, and appeals covering a wide range of complex legal issues Chandra has in-depth experience as a Trial Attorney for the EEOC. She regularly presents on employment law topics and on topics revolving around diversity in the legal profession including previously presenting a bullying in litigation topic for the ABA Women in Litigation Join CLE.

Philippa Ellis - The Home Depot
Associate General Counsel – Employment

PHILIPPA ELLIS, an Assistant General Counsel with The Home Depot in Atlanta, Georgia, has responsibility for general liability litigation. Prior to joining The Home Depot, Philippa was an original equity partner with Atlanta-based Owen Gleaton, where she practiced as a defense litigator for nearly 20 years. During Philippa's law firm career, she served as first chair trial counsel for multiple Fortune 700 global companies, handling tort litigation, product liability, insurance, corporate liability, and commercial disputes. Philippa's professional approach, as outside and in­ house counsel, has centered around serving as a thorough and relentless advocate for her clients' business interests.

 

Philippa is licensed to practice in Georgia, Illinois, and Oklahoma. She obtained her Juris Doctor from The University of Oklahoma College of Law, and Master of Business Administration from The University of Georgia Terry College of Business.

 

Philippa has been recognized in the Georgia Edition of The Best Lawyers in America and as a Georgia Super Lawyer for numerous consecutive years. She also achieved AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbell.

 

Philippa is Vice-President of Leadership Institute for Women of Color Attorneys' (LIWOCA) and is a member of the LIWOCA Board of Trustees. Philippa is Vice-President for the Georgia Chapter of The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), and serves on the Product Liability Advisory Council (PLAC) Board of Directors.

 

Philippa's professional memberships include ABOTA, PLAC, International Association of Defense Counsel, The American Corporate Counsel, International Society of Barristers, American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, Gate City Bar Association, Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, and The Old Warhorse Lawyers. Angela Frazier – Cox Communications
Assistant Vice President/Associate General Counsel

Angie Frazier currently serves as Assistant Vice President at Cox Enterprises, Inc., which is the parent company to Cox Communications and Cox Automotive. Cox Communications provides digital cable television, telecommunications, mobile and broadband services in the United States. Cox Automotive includes, Manheim, Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book. Angie leads a team responsible for resolving complaints, disputes, arbitrations and bankruptcies for all divisions. She also manages and provides guidance on matters related to Anti-Trust and consumer laws, including TCPA, FDCPA and FCRA. Prior to assuming her role at Cox in May 2012, Angie spent 8 years as a litigation associate at the Kilpatrick Townsend law firm.

 

Prior to attending law school, Angie worked for 15 years, in various capacities at AT&T, including Project Management. In 1986, Angie graduated with a B.A from Loyola University in New Orleans, where she was born and raised and in 2004, received a J.D. from Loyola University School of Law.

Erin Harris – Delta Airlines
Senior Corporate Counsel – Labor and Employment

 Erin Hendrix Harris is an experienced litigator, advisor, and counselor known for her ability to effectively evaluate cases, assess risk, and develop efficient and cost-effective strategies for resolution. In her current role as Senior Corporate Counsel – Employment at Delta Air Lines, Erin provides legal counsel and support on a wide variety of labor and employment matters, including employment discrimination allegations, harassment claims, retaliation claims, employment and contract disputes, wage and hour compliance, and workplace policies.

Erin draws on her experience as a former federal prosecutor, where she prosecuted an impressive number of large, complex cases and gained a deep understanding of every phase of litigation, including gathering evidence, interviewing and preparing witnesses, drafting and arguing motions, negotiating settlements, and trying cases before both district court judges and juries.

In her current in-house position, Erin develops case strategies to quickly address complex employment issues, minimize damages, and mitigate potential liability. Erin advises management on changes in local, state, and federal laws as well as recent legal decisions that can potentially impact recruiting, hiring, and company-wide practices. She also works closely with outside counsel to build cases and provide strategic direction to meet company objectives.

While in private practice, Erin assisted in defending employers in single-plaintiff and (putative) class/collective actions arising under state and federal law, including Title VII, the FLSA, ERISA, and the False Claims Act. She also regularly advised clients on paid leave laws and compliance regarding same.

Erin is committed to volunteering her time to support advancements in the profession, the workplace, and the community. Former United States Attorney Barbara McQuade appointed her to the Eastern Michigan District’s Committee for Alternatives to Prison. Erin represented the District at national conferences and workshops on issues related to pretrial diversion programs for first-time offenders and other methods of offender rehabilitation. She authored “After Fisher: Significance and Strategies for Employers,” published by the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA). Currently, Erin serves as a Board Member for both the Airport West Community Improvement District and the Quest Community Development Organization.

Danielle Kearney – Equifax
Associate General Counsel – USIS Division

Danielle Kearney is an experienced in-house attorney with an extensive background in complex commercial negotiation with expertise in a variety of legal and regulatory matters. She is currently Assistant General Counsel at Equifax, advising the USIS division. Previously, Danielle was Senior Counsel at Fiserv, a Fortune 500 global fintech and payments company. Prior to that, Danielle served as Director and Senior Corporate Counsel at LexisNexis Risk Solutions Group, a global data and analytics company. 

Danielle earned a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science from Christopher Newport University. Danielle is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and currently resides in Alpharetta, Georgia. In her spare time, Danielle enjoys travel, hiking and spending time with family.

Ritu Kelotra – Rollins, Inc.
Assistant General Counsel – Litigation & Compliance

 Ritu is in-house counsel to Atlanta-based Rollins, Inc., a premier global consumer and commercial services company with 30+ subsidiaries providing pest control. In her role, Ritu manages litigation and high-risk claims on behalf of Rollins and its subsidiaries, including Orkin LLC. She also manages compliance programs in the areas of privacy, cybersecurity, financial lending, and marketing. Prior to Rollins, Ritu was an attorney in Atlanta office of Greenberg Traurig and in the Washington, DC office of Kirkland & Ellis. Ritu earned her Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University and her undergraduate degree in Journalism from Ohio University.

Monique McNeill – WestRock VP & AGC - Packaging, Corporate Law

Monique McNeill is a seasoned legal executive with extensive expertise in global commercial, technology, and corporate roles for multinational corporations and Fortune 500 companies. Her experience encompasses a diverse range of areas such as general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, governance, international law, technology, and commercial law.

Currently, McNeill serves as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Packaging at WestRock Company, one of the world’s leading paper and packaging companies with over 300 production facilities globally and approximately $20 billion in revenue. In her role, she spearheads an international commercial legal team that handles domestic and cross-border transactions in support of the combined $17 billion packaging business units.

McNeill holds a degree in political science from the University of Georgia and graduated cum laude from Howard University School of Law. Post law school, she embarked on her legal career as a corporate associate at Dentons in Atlanta (formerly known as McKenna, Long & Aldridge, LLP), where she specialized in M&A and securities law. Subsequently, she transitioned to an in-house 

role at Aflac Incorporated as Associate Counsel and later served as Senior Counsel at Novelis Corporation, a global $14B rolled aluminum manufacturer. She also held the position of Division General Counsel at Newell Brands, where she led legal support for renowned household brands such as Yankee Candle and Newell Rubbermaid.

Residing in Atlanta, McNeill is married and a mother of two. She is actively involved in volunteer work, serving as a board member with the League of Women Voters of Georgia and as an Executive Board member for her local chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc.

Chelsea Lu - King Ranch, Inc.

Chelsea Lu is LIWOCA’s 2024 President and Legal Counsel for King Ranch, Inc.  The iconic King Ranch is the birthplace of American ranching and one of the largest ranches in the world; the corporation is a major agribusiness with interests in cattle ranching and operations, hunting, quarter horses, farming, commodity marketing and processing, and luxury retail goods.  Chelsea joined King Ranch in February of 2024 and her role covers all aspects of the company’s diverse operations, though her primary focus is litigation.  Prior to joining King Ranch, Chelsea was an attorney with Adams and Reese, LLP, where her practice involved commercial, construction, regulatory, maritime, and energy litigation.  Chelsea has been nominated and recognized by peers in the U.S. News and World Report’s Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” every year since 2021 and is inducted in the Order of Barristers, a national, invitation-only, honorary organization for lawyers with demonstrated exceptional trial and oral advocacy skill.  

Leslie Luck 
Former EVP & Deputy General Counsel

Leslie De Lara Luck recently held the position of EVP & Deputy General Counsel at Global Payments Inc. (NYSE: GPN), a Fortune 500 Fintech company. In this capacity, Leslie oversaw global employment and litigation, M&A, and led the commercial legal support for multiple business units. She also served as Corporate Secretary for the Compensation Committee and chaired its 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  

During her tenure from 2006 until her departure in March 2024, Leslie held various leadership roles, including co-chair of the Company’s HR Leadership Committee, interim co-CHRO, board of director of the Company’s non-profit organization, and member of the Retirement Committee. Notably, she played a pivotal role in establishing the Company’s I&D initiative, leading it for over three years, during which time the Company created its first Diversity Council, launched several ERGs, and rolled out worldwide unconscious bias training, earning recognition as a “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality.” 

Before this, Leslie spent eight years at Alston & Bird LLP. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University, where she co-captained the Women’s Track & Field team, and a J.D. with distinction from Emory Law School, where she served on the Emory Law Journal. Leslie is a member of the HNBA and Wnet and an alumna of the Signature Leaders Program and Deloitte’s Next General CLO Academy. She is also a member of the HNBA’s Poder25™ program for rising GC talent.

 

Leslie and her husband, Phil, have two children, Jasmine (25) and Jordan (23). 

Jessica McKinney – WestRock

 VP & Deputy General Counsel Enterprise & Supply Chain

Jessica leads a team of attorneys providing a broad array of transactional support ranging from general corporate, Supply Chain, IT and Real Estate functions, as well as oversees legal activities related to Capital Expenditures and Antitrust matters. Jessica offers advice to structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial transactions. She also works with the general counsel and the rest of the team in effort to enhance the performance and scalability of the legal department. The legal department’s goal is to create a WORLD CLASS GLOBAL TEAM to serve as proactive BUSINESS PARTNERS who appreciate operational and functional pipelines and strategies such that they can support cradle to grave risk identification and mitigation to maximize growth for suppliers, customers, and teammates. Jessica joined WestRock in October 2021 after serving as Executive Director, Contract Management for Grid Solutions, a General Electric Company Renewable Energy business. She joined GE in 2008 and held various roles of increasing responsibility in risk and contract management. Jessica graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Languages & Linguistics with a major in Spanish & Italian and a minor in Portuguese. She earned her law degree from Emory University School of Law, Atlanta, GA. Jessica has four amazing children: ages 25, 11, 2, and 1. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling. Fun Fact Example: Jessica used to have a pet moose.

Komal Patel – Delta Airlines  Assistant General Counsel

Komal Patel is Assistant General Counsel at Delta Air Lines, Inc., where she is responsive for handling a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including class actions, antitrust claims, and other complex commercial matters, as well as managing the company’s intellectual property litigation docket.  Prior to joining Delta, Komal was Assistant General Counsel at The Home Depot for almost eleven years and began her legal career at King & Spalding.  Komal is passionate about promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion both in the legal profession and more broadly, and serves on the Board of Trustees of Odyssey Atlanta, a local nonprofit committed to helping underprivileged students from the greater Atlanta area attend and graduate from college.

Tunisia Poole – Southwire
SVP, Deputy General Counsel, Assistant Corporate Secretary

Tunisia Poole is an executive adviser and corporate generalist with 15+ years in multinational business and elite law firms. Today, she is the Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary of Southwire, a family-owned company with $9 billion in revenue.

Over the course of her career, Tunisia has:

• Supported 25+ corporate transactions, corporate restructurings, and other actions impacting 10,000+ workers.
• Designed and drafted 30+ corporate / compliance policies and employee handbooks.
• Trained 4,000+ employees, from executives to front-line workers, both in-person and online.
• Led 10+ internal investigations.
• Defended against or resolved $100+ million in potential corporate exposure.

Tunisia has served as primary counsel on corporate transactions, corporate restructuring, partnerships, investments, expansion or closure of facilities, corporate governance and entity management, corporate liability, commercial litigation, and more. She has run internal investigations related to whistleblower claims, SEC disclosures, and employee malfeasance. She has also set up new compliance frameworks, launched corporate initiatives, and updated corporate policies. Additionally, she has worked on incentive plans, employment agreements, employee handbooks, and diversity initiatives. Throughout, Tunisia focused on process improvement—including technology and automation—for maximum efficiency
.

Tunisia is a regular author and speaker on litigation, evidence, legal ops, and operations / HR. In recent years, she has been honored with the national awards: The Network Journal 2014 Forty Under 40 Class; Lawyers of Color 2014 Second Annual Hot List; and 2016 First Chair Award for Top Employment Law Counsel. Tunisia is also a member of World 50, a private community for CEOs and C-level executives at globally respected organizations to discover better ideas, share valuable experiences and build relationships that make a lasting impact.
